We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right next to the main shopping street, and with convenient parking and transportation options. We loved the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities, and the friendly and helpful staff.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to many shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Beautiful onsen facilities with indoor and outdoor pools. A wonderful place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were incredibly small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. Uncomfortable beds and outdated decor did not make for a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was in a prime location, right in the heart of Matsuyama. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was very helpful, providing free coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as complimentary umbrellas. the room was clean and comfortable.
The room was a bit small and cramped, leaving hardly any space for luggage. the windows were not completely light-tight, allowing outside light to beam in.
